Creating Socially Responsible Leaders

More than anything, FeelGood aspires to shift the paradigm that we currently live in to a paradigm of partnership with those in developing countries, a paradigm that is in harmony with the end of hunger. How do we do this? 
 

Give people in poverty stricken countries the microphone:
FeelGood is founded on the belief that hungry people aren't the problem, they are the solution. Traditional approaches to ending hunger often treat hungry people as objects of charity rather than as the authors of the end of hunger. FeelGood is breaking this myth and is educating people here in the US about the potential, creativity, ambition, and ability of hungry people to play a key role in defining a future for our planet that is free from hunger. What will this look like? Let's give hungry people a voice and start listening. They need partnership not charity.

Create Socially Responsible Leaders:
FeelGood creates an experience for both our volunteers and customers that is getting them deeply committed to empowering hungry people and a world free from hunger. Through conferences, newsletters, networking, personal relationships with the FeelGood World staff, and special events, FeelGood is creating socially responsible leaders and advocates for a world free from hunger. Our mission is to get our entire generation to "choose" the end of hunger; a grilled cheese is proving a fantastic vehicle!
